1. My Favorite Newspaper front page is "El Pais" from Madrid, Spain because it is very nice and neat. It's title is bold, it's paragraphs are neatly organized, and it is well decided into sections that make the front page even more appealing to me.
2."Andalucia garantizara tres comidas al dia a los escolares mas pobres" I like that headline because the news story it leads to is nice. It translates to: "Andalucia guarantees three meals a day for the poorest scholars". As I said, It is sweet news that this headlines leads to, and I like to read about those things.
3.Seven
4. Most (I would say all) newspapers I saw have a title with big bold letters that stand out. All have pictures and more than one story.
5. In some newspapers, the fonts are more creative than in other simpler ones. Also, some newspapers have fewer stories than others, and another big difference I noticed is that some newspapers have a lot of tiny font (parts of the stories) and other newspapers just have headlines and no beginnings to stories inside the newspaper.

news value? Human interest, proximity, timeliness (chose one)
lighting/exposure: "this was exposed properly" -nothing to dark/light The light is behind the fotographer

how would you make it better? get more part of the body, but him near a pit bull to see how massive he is, get him in the cage, more space between his nose and the edge of the page.

Lenses and Photography Vocabulary
- I would use a telephoto to take a picture of a bird from a balcony in a five story hotel.
- I would use a prime lens to take a picture of a family that was out at night collecting candy for halloween.
- I would use a wide angle lens to capture the sea shore on a beach.
New Vocabulary:
- Depth of field: the section of a photograph from the nearest to the furthermost points on the camera, which appears to be in sharp focus. why important?: depth of field allows a/some subject(s) to pop out and be more visible, therefore creating a clearer image.
- Light: natural or manipulated/artificial light controlled and used to the advantage of the photographer and what he wants out of his photograph. why important?: light is important because it makes pictures better by giving them the exact light that is necessary for an specific scene, scenario, or situation, and because it can be controlled and manipulated by the photographer.
- Shadows: the opposite of exposure, used to affect the dark parts of a photograph to help focus the viewers attention. why important?: Because it makes clear what the subject of the image is, and removes unneeded things.
- Diffusion: The spreading or lessening of light to create a less intense brightness. why important?: It is important because it can prevent over exposure, and gives a photograph appropriate lighting.
- Aperture (f-stop): hole in the lens trough which light travels. why important?: It is important because it adds dimension or brings focus.
- Shutter speed: the amount of time that the shutter is open. why important?: you need to know what shutter speed to use to get the effect you want on your photograph. Shutter speed can add intentional blur to a photo, or can freeze time.
- ISO: how sensitive an image is to light. why is it important? It is important because having the proper ISO helps remove unwanted noise from a photograph.
