Even though this picture is blurry, it is a great photograph. This is an example of the rule of thirds because the flag which is the focal point, is positioned on one of the corners created by this rule. This allows the flag to appear in a more interesting position and still be seen as important. This also allows other important parts of the picture to be seen rather than just the flag itself.
